(MENAFN) Arabtec, the leading construction company in the UAE, is considering the prospect of funding the USD36.7 billion housing project in Egypt, Arabian Business reported.
The construction firm is presently in talks with global and domestic banks to study the financing of the initial phase of the Egyptian housing project.
The initial phase encompasses the building of one million housing units, but Arabtec has to finalize a deal with the government of Cairo regarding the project.
