Dubai’s Aster DM Healthcare invests USD245m in Saudi Hospital

(MENAFN) Dubai’s Aster DM Healthcare has purchased additional 57 percent stake in a hospital in Saudi Arabia under the price of USD245 million.

The investment provides Aster DM Healthcare a 97 percent of stake ownership, resulting in owning six hospitals in Gulf Arab region.

Adding to Aster DM Healthcare’s role in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), it operates in Jordan, Philippines and India.

Aster owns five Greenfield projects in GCC including a hospital in Qatar, along with another three in UAE.
