(MENAFN) Business confidence in Dubai saw a significant rise since the emirate won Expo 2020 bid last year, according to the Emirates 24/7.
The growing confidence in business in Dubai gave a sign of optimism in the first quarter of the current year compared to the same quarter 2013.
Large companies showed the strongest outlook compared to small and medium businesses during the quarter.
Manufacturing sector posted the highest growth among all sectors on higher selling prices, volumes and new purchase orders, while services firms were more optimistic on hiring plans and net profits.
