(MENAFN) Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), the aircraft leasing company, is set to partake in an expansion plan for its present aircraft leasing portfolio, which enjoys a net book value of USD3.7b, Arabian Business reported.
In addition, DAE announced that it has approved the selling of StandardAero to an associate private equity firm, dubbed Veritas Capital. Under the deal, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) are set to be sold, with no further info disclosed.
“StandardAero is one of the world’s largest independent MRO platforms with clients in over 70 countries.” The Managing Director of DAE said in a statement.
