(MENAFN) Dubai-based ship repair firm Drydocks World inked a partnership deal with Exmar Shipmanagement, a provider of high-end ship management services, Trade Arabia reported.
Under the deal, Exmar Shipmanagement will adopt Drydocks World as preferred yard for all its ship repair and maintenance needs in the Middle East.
Drydocks World has received 13 vessel repair orders from Exmar Shipmanagement, primarily gas carriers, both Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) since 1998.
The shipyard expects increased repair orders this year due to the renewed partnership based on the alliance agreement.
Exmar Shipmanagement manages 30 vessels, mostly gas carriers.
