Dubai’s eMart attracts USD37 m worth properties

(MENAFN) eMart, Dubai’s new real estate auction website, could attract USD37.84 million-worth properties, or more than 1.300 units, according to Arabian Business.

Visitors of eMart, which was launched in November, has already reached 29.000, said Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director-general of Dubai Land Department.

Bin Mejren said: “We are delighted to reveal that in just a few weeks eMart has already attracted over 150 real estate firms, 230 investors and more than 1,300 property units with a combined value of AED139 million.”
