Dubai’s Habtoor Grand Beach hotel to undergo overhaul in 2013

(MENAFN) The Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa director of business development, Nicolas Villemin, announced that the property’s guest rooms and F&B will undergo a major overhaul next year, reported Arabian Business.

Villemin said that renovation works will also cover the popular English bar The Undground Pub.

The 5-star Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, which has 446 rooms and suites, operates 14 F&B venues.

In January, Al Habtoor announced plans to destroy the 34-year old Metropolitan Hotel, one of the emirate’s oldest hotels, and redevelop the area into a tourism complex that includes 3 luxury hotels and a number of tourist attractions.
