Dubai’s Habtoor Leighton Group signed a contract worth USD517 m

(MENAFN) A contract was signed by Dubai’s Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG) with the Al Habtoor Group worth USD517 million for the Al-Habtoor City, which will be the largest integrated hotel complex in the Middle East, according to Arabian Business.

The new project will include three hotels containing 1623 rooms, a 27 storey W hotel, a 6 storey St Regis and a 37 storey Westin hotel.

Thrasos Thrasyvoulou, Managing Director of Habtoor Leighton Specon (HLS), said: “We are very proud to be associated with such a prestigious project. We look forward to working closely with our client to deliver the project to the highest quality. This will be a landmark hotel complex in the region.”
