Dubai’s Landmark Hotels set to operate 3 new hotels by year-end

(MENAFN) Landmark Hotels & Suites said it will open up to three new properties in Dubai this year, Arabian Business reported.

The Dubai-based hotel management company is looking at launching hotels in the emirate of Fujairah and Jeddah. It has recently opened the 173-key Ramada Deira in Dubai.

CEO Peter Janssen said: “We are looking now at one more property in Naif Road, Dubai, that should be open by the end of this year, we’re looking at Fujairah and at other states in the emirates”.

He added that Landmark is looking for a hotel in Jeddah, where the company already operates the Landmark Suites Hotel Jeddah.

The company aims to increase hotel properties under management to 13 within the next 12 to 24 months from current eight, including six in UAE, one in Saudi Arabia, and one in India.
