Dubai’s Legatum acquires DIFC’s Precinct Building 6

(MENAFN) Dubai’s Legatum Group’s CEO, Mark Stoleson, said that the private investment firm bought the Dubai International Financial Centre’s (DIFC) Precinct Building 6, reported Emirates 24/7.

Stoleson added that the building, which would be renamed Legatum Plaza, would become the new global headquarters for the company.

He also said that the building has 128,000 square feet of space and was acquired from an unnamed private investor.

It is worth noting that the Precinct Building 6 is positioned between the DIFC Gate building and Emirates Towers.
