(MENAFN) Dubai developer Nakheel has sold two hotel plots on Palm Jumeirah’s crescent for a total value of roughly USD190 million, Arabian Business reported.
One of the two plots, to the west of Atlantis, was sold to a GCC investor for USD151.34 million while the other plot, on the eastern crescent, was sold to an Emirati investor USD37.84 million, the company said.
Nakheel said it is currently constructing a number of residential projects on Palm Jumeirah. The company added that work on the Nakheel Mall and Hotel and The Pointe is set to begin this year.
