Dubai’s SKAI Holdings to open USD1b Viceroy Palm Jumeirah hotel in 2016

(MENAFN) SKAI Holdings CEO, Kabir Mulchandani, announced that the property investment company will open the USD1-billion Viceroy Palm Jumeirah hotel during the fourth quarter of 2016, reported Arabian Business.

Mulchandani added that constructing the project, which will be located on the Palm Jumeirah, has already started.

He said that the project, operated by Viceroy Hotels, will comprise 481 rooms and suites, 221 ‘signature Viceroy Residences’, in addition to a spa, indoor fitness facilities and 3 outdoor swimming pools.

It is worth noting that the project will also encompass 10 restaurants, and gourmet market and bakery.
