Egypt-NUCA applies 116.000 housing units at EGP16b

(MENAFN) The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will build 116.000 units in 6th of Oct City as part of the social housing project.
Accordingly, 42.700 units are being constructed in one location in the Bahariya Oasis at a cost of EGP16bn.
Moreover, the project involves four schools, four health care units, four units related to social service issues and places of worship.
In addition, the development process also includes replacing all surface connections with bridges, in addition to expanding the South Dahshour road.
