(MENAFN) According to IDC Foundation for Research and consulting this showed that sales of smart phones accounted for 50 percent of the sales of mobiles in the Egyptian market during Q3.
Moreover, smart phones detained control of 91 percent of mobile sale incomes locally, whereas the share of common mobile devices was only 9 percent.
However, Samsung market share fell, from 58 percent during the third quarter of 2014 to 46 percent over the same period this current year.
While, IDC Foundation showed that the smart devices run by android, account for the hugest sales share within Q3 of 2015, it acquired a share of 92.6 percent.
