(MENAFN) Egypt will receive the first shipment of 2mn barrels of Iraqi oil in the coming week, which have been loaded onto the ship and mobilized from the port of Basra to an Egyptian port.
Accordingly, shipments will be delivered according to a timetable every month, where 12mn barrels will be received this year and payments for the shipments will be facilitated.
Meanwhile, Saudi Aramco proclaimed that it was resuming the supply of its oil shipments of 700.000 tons per month to Egypt, trailing a five-month suspension.
Furthermore, the deal states that Egypt buys from Aramco 400.000 tons of gas oil, 200.000 tons of gasoline and 100.000 tons of fuel oil.
