(MENAFN) Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade will create a record at the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) to register foreign shops in Egypt.
Accordingly, products from these firms will be allowed entry into the local Egyptian market only if they are created by factories registered in the record.
The order sets situations for registration in the record, including the factory’s legal illustrative or the trademark owner must submit the application for registration.
In addition, conditions also include offering a certificate stating the factory tools quality control of shop emissions in alignment with environmental standards.
