Egypt’s spending on IT Services reaches USD2.62b

(MENAFN) The Egyptian associations overall spending over information technology (IT) services have risen immensely over the past months, reaching USD2.6 billion, Amwal Alghad reported

The hardware services enjoyed the highest amount of spending, hitting 85 percent of the aggregate expenditure, which is equivalent to USD2.23b, the Vice President of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) said.

The technical and software services was the second with an expenditure rate of 15 percent, equivalent to USD394.81 million, the Vice President added.
