Egypt’s trade with five-nation BRICS to reach USD20bln in 2016

(MENAFN) The Egyptian Industry Minsiter, Tarek Qabil, stated that trade volume of Egypt with the five-nation BRICS, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, had posted around USD20bln during the previous year.

A statement released by the minister confirmed China’s invitation for Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to take part in the summit held for BRICS, and this step is to confirm Egypt’s strength regionally and globally.

Minister Qabul said that his country is seeking strengthening relations with the BRICS countries on commercial and investment levels.
