Egypt’s Vodafone to top indicators for mobile services quality

(MENAFN) The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority’s (NTRA) proclaimed the quality of mobile services in Nov 2015 exposed a development in the performance of Egypt’s mobile firms.

In addition, there were only 203 failed voice call efforts, from almost 47,000 calls conducted in Cairo, and 78 calls that were fallen.

Accordingly, Vodafone continued to excel in voice call services in Cairo, whereas more than 15,600 connections were attempted, of which 56 failed.

Etisalat came second with almost 15,600 connections attempted and only 61 failed, a development since Oct 2015 when it ordered third, while Mobinil was third with 86 failed processes.
