(MENAFN) Electronic-payment transactions will grow in the Arab region to record USD 69bn by 2020, where Saudi Arabia’s market grew by 40 percent.
Additionally, the UAE’s market increased by 24 percent and Arab markets viewed an overall growth of 23 percent in 2015 in this field.
Moreover, the elect payment transactions in the Arab region grew through Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon by more than 50 percent.
Meanwhile, 17 percent of online shoppers finished the whole purchasing process online, whereas 67 percent use only the Internet to find the products to trade.
