(MENAFN) Emirates Global Aluminum exports are set to decrease by 77 percent from its output by the year of 2017 due to the rising domestic demands, Reuters reported.
The company, which is owned by the state, said that five new plants are ready to be established in Abu Dhabi and will be situated in the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad).
Emirates Global Aluminum presently ships about 88 percent of its output, which is estimated at an annual rate of 2.4 million tons of aluminum, according to corporate statements.
