(MENAFN) Emirates became the first airline that activates Google Now cards in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, a digital personal card that sends users travel information for passengers who book via Emirates.com, according to Gulf News.
Google Now provides passengers with extensive information they may need of their upcoming flight, departure terminal and timing that matches their destination.
Patrick Brannelly, vice-president for product, publishing, digital and events, Emirates Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand, said in a statement stated in a statement: “Emirates prides itself on our constant innovation and working with technology partners that will enhance our passengers’ experience,”
Emirates.com sites are available in 16 different languages around the world. The new site of the airline was made to make it easier to book online or buy rewards with Skywards Miles.
“For users who book on Emirates.com, Google Now will allow us to deliver even more pre-flight information to our customers about their destination in a very user-friendly style and we hope our passengers find it of benefit,” Brannelly added.
