(MENAFN) Emirates’ Executive Vice President, Passenger Sales Worldwide, Thierry Antinori, stated that the carrier has upgraded its capacity on the New York route by 1848 seats a week, reported Emirates 24/7.
Antinori said that an Airbus A380-800 will now operate flights EK203 and EK204, with flight EK203 leaving Dubai at 0225hrs, and arriving at John F. Kennedy airport at 0745hrs, whereas EK204 will leave JFK at 1040hrs and reach Dubai at 0810hrs the next day.
Meanwhile, the airline has also upgraded its capacity at flights arriving at Paris’ Charles De Gaulle’s airport by 2198 seats a week, also operated via an Airbus A380-800.
The EK075 flight will depart Dubai at 1500hrs and arrive to Paris at 1930hrs, whereas EK076 will leave the French capital at 2110hrs and arrive to Dubai at 0640hrs the next day.
The carrier attributed the moves to strong demand for the two destinations.
