(MENAFN) The National Central Cooling Co. (Tabreed) proclaimed the finishing of an investment of almost USD762.32mn by Engie, a global energy firm to obtain 40 percent of Tabreed shares.
Furthermore, Engie is a multinational energy leader and expert operator in the business of elect, natural gas and energy services.
Accordingly, Tabreed will focus on the GCC while it will evaluate opportunities outside the region.
The French firm acquired 40 percent share from Mubadala Investment Co., the Abu Dhabi-based strategic investment firm.
