(MENAFN) Etisalat will provide e-bill service in September the 1st to simplify all its services in the UAE, according to Gulf News.
This service aims to allow access to the customers’ needed-information account around the world online or through mobile devices.
Saleh Al Abdouli, Etisalat chief operating officer, UAE said: “Customers will expect to be able to pay their bills through their smartphones. There is an increased dependence on our infrastructure so we are constantly innovating for cutting-edge solutions.”
“This initiative is aligned with our short and long term strategies of attaining operational excellence, raising customer awareness and ultimately creating a sustainable environment in the country,” he stated.
