(MENAFN) Yemen’s Minister of Oil and Minerals, Ahmad Abdullah Dares, stated that companies interested in exploring oil and gas blocks in the country are welcomed to submit their bids, reported Emirates 24/7.
Dares said that the move comes as international firms showed great and continued interest in submitting for investment in the already open exploration blocks.
He added that the interested companies will be able to submit their bids until the 20th of the coming month.
It is worth noting that the bids are open for 15 offshore and onshore oil and gas blocks.
