(MENAFN) Several commercial sectors face problems in importing their products, because of the stop of land transportation to Iraq and Syria under local conflicts.
Accordingly, Jordan European Business Association (JEBA) called on European Union (EU) nations to cut the commercial lack between the EU and Jordan.
Moreover, the commercial balance volume is in favor of the EU with USD 4bn, and supports bilateral agreements and helping Jordan through easing the flow of national products to the EU.
Fontana emphasized the importance for Jordanian products to access European markets and to improve the private sector’s role in helping the economy.
