(MENAFN) Luxury hotel brand Four Seasons is set to make entrance into Dubai as it inked an agreement with Dubai-based Bright Start to build and manage the property, Arabian Business reported.
Bright Start has selected H&H Investment and Development to manage the development of the hotel, which will be built on an 11 acre waterfront site.
The 237-room Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach Resort, located on the city’s Jumeirah Beach Road, is expected to open in mid-2014.
The property will include 49 suites, three restaurants, function spaces with beachfront access, a 600 sqm ballroom and five meeting rooms.
The resort will also comprise a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and a private beach club.
Four Seasons has a pipeline of developments in the GCC including Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi Sowwah, Four Seasons Resort Oman, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, Four Seasons Hotel Doha at The Pearl and Four Seasons Hotel Jeddah.
