(MENAFN) Four Seasons president of EMEA, Christopher Norton, announced that the US hotel operator will open its first resort in Dubai during next year’s fourth quarter, reported Arabian Business.
Norton added that the hotel would target resort tourism and wouldn’t compete in the business travel division, noting that the company wanted to select a prime real estate for the resort’s location this is why it took it some time to come to the emirate.
He said that the Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach Resort, which is situated on Jumeirah Beach Road, comprises 49 suites, 3 restaurants, function spaces with beachfront access, in addition to a 600-sq m ballroom and 5 meeting rooms.
He added that the property will also comprise a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and a private beach club.
It is worth noting that the resort has been designed by architect WATG, while the interior design was executed by San Fransisco-based BAMO.
