(MENAFN) Germany has proclaimed that it is issuing an USD100mn grant to Jordan in order to support carry out a number of development-oriented projects in the kingdom.
Furthermore, the grant is made by the European nation at a current donors conference in Brussels, Belgium, according to Jordanian Minister of Planning and Intl Co-op.
In addition, the Jordanian Minister said that the German government is mulling extending sectoral support to the general budget in light of recent pressures.
Accordingly, the minister spoke as he met with the Director of the Mideast Unit at the Fed Ministry for Economic Co-op and Development in Germany.
