Gulf Air posts 216% hike in passengers numbers to Amman

30 May 2013

(MENAFN) Gulf Air said that the number of passengers between Manama and Amman has witnessed an increase of 216 percent due to its codeshare agreement with Royal Jordanian, reported Gulf Daily News.

The partnership between the two carriers started by signing a codeshare deal in 2004.

The Bahraini airline transferred all the flights to the new terminal at Queen Alia International Airport during the current year.

It’s worth noting that the two airlines are pleased with this new arrangement, as they announced, with the flights operated by Gulf Air, and marketed by both carriers.
