(MENAFN) Heliopolis, an Egypt-based housing and development firm, has inked a deal to build a water tertiary treatment plant in Cairo at an investment of USD11.2 million, said a report.
Consequently, new Heliopolis City will serve many residential areas besides educational and recreational facilities and commercial and administrative, medical, clubs and open areas.
“The pact would be signed between Heliopolis and National General Contracting & Supplies Company, an affiliate to the ministry of defense, for the water tertiary treatment plant,” the report added.
It’s worth mentioning that Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is responsible for using the new city project in favor of the project’s developer, Sodic.
