16 Sep 2012

(MENAFN) Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Adex Contracting Maintenance and Operations to open a new hotel property in Saudi Arabia by the end of 2013, Arabian Business reported.

The Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk, the second Hilton Garden Inn in the Gulf Kingdom, will feature 110 rooms and 10 suites, a fitness centre, swimming pool, an all-day dining restaurant and lobby lounge.

The hotel will also include business facilities including a boardroom, two meeting rooms and a business centre.

The city of Tabuk is widely recognised as an important en-route religious destination for pilgrims travelling between Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon and the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.

The planned hotel will be Hilton Worldwide’s 15th pipeline hotel in Saudi Arabia. Hilton plans to boost its properties in Saudi Arabia to 21 hotels over the next three years from the current six.
