(MENAFN) Hotels in Cairo continued to show a positive performance despite the current devaluation of the regional currency.
Accordingly, both Cairo and Jordan’s Aqaba are the major tourism hotspots with 8 percent and 11 percent expected increase from Dec to Feb, respectively.
However, Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh will continue declining in revenues due to recent events that have weighed down the inflow of tourists.
On the other hand, Mecca and Abu Dhabi beach are projected to maintain at a stable performance, while Jeddah viewed a 13 percent fall in revenue.
