(MENAFN) Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd’s regional head for MENA Region. Santosh Tandel, stated that the real estate developer has plans to open offices in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain by the end of the current year, reported ARabian Business.
The company’s MENA head also said that the company plans on offering home loans to Indian expatriates in the region interested in investing in its projects, and is working on strategic alliances with banks for that purpose.
Tandel added that the company saw an increase in demand from expatriate Indians for home loans and property acquisition so it planned providing them with investment options in addition to financial solutions.
It is worth noting that Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has development projects spread across residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial office complexes, hotels, malls, and infrastructure development. It also focuses on super metros, mainly in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.
