(MENAFN) Indian’s are the major foreign property buyer in Dubai, while they spent almost USD1.9bn on property in Dubai in the first half of this year.
Meanwhile, in the past four and a half years, Indian buyers of residential and commercial real estate in the country reached USD22bn.
Furthermore, for wealth managers in the area, Indian investors are a key client segment, which could become more numerous.
While the average rental yields are less than 3 percent in India and almost 4 percent in London and Hong Kong, yields in the UAE differ between 6-10 percent.
