(MENAFN) India’s Pacific Ventures’ founder, Parvez Khan, stated that the developer has launched the Pacific Residencia and Pacific Edmonton Elm in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village, reported Arabian Business.
Khan added that Pacific Ventures, a developer of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, is optimistic about Dubai’s realty market, and the recent launch of the 2 projects is a sign of the company’s commitment to the emirate’s property sector.
On the other hand, he said that the firm would have finished its first group of developments in Dubai by 2014, whereas projects related to tourism, education and healthcare in the emirate will be announced in the near future.
It is worth noting that India’s-based Pacific Ventures plans to boost its presence not only in Dubai, but also in other countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
