Infiniti’s ME sales in 2011 up 5.17%

(MENAFN) Japan’s Infiniti said that in 2011, its sales in the Middle East (ME) rose 5.17 percent to 4,569 units, reported Emirates 24/7.

The car maker added that in the period, sales of M37/56 sedans soared 175.88 percent, while sales of the G37 convertible surged 54.55 percent.

It also said that sales in Bahrain hiked 81.06 percent over 2010, followed by Kuwait with a rise of 76.48 percent, Oman at 29.43 percent, Dubai and the Northern Emirates with a jump of 19.35 percent, and Lebanon recorded a positive growth of 15.38 percent.

It is worth noting that in the period, sales of the EX 35 premium compact-crossover SUV grew 26.67 percent and sales of the G37 sedan rose 19.26 percent.
