Inflation in Algeria at 5.9 percent in August

(MENAFN) A report released by the Algerian National Statistical Office showed that the inflation rate in the country decreased by 1.8 percent last month, Qatar News Agency reported.
The inflation rate in the North African country was at 5.9 percent in August versus 7.7 percent in the same month in 2012.
The report said that inflation in Algeria this year is expected to stabilize on a range between 4 percent and 5 percent.
