(MENAFN) Indian carrier Jet Airways announced launching its direct flight from Dubai to Kochi, further strengthening its growing international network with increased flight connectivity, Khaleej Times reported.
The carrier, one of the fast-growing airlines in India, said the new service would complement the existing daily direct flights from Dubai to Mumbai, Mangalore and Delhi.
The airline, in which the UAE’s Etihad Airways had bought a 24 per cent stake, said it had deployed its next-generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route, offering twin configuration of premiere and economy class.
“Along with our partner Etihad Airways, we now offer five daily flight options between the UAE and Kochi,” vice-president for the Gulf, Middle East and North Africa at Jet Airways said.
