Jobless rate hits high in Saudi Arabia since 2012

(MENAFN) According to Al Eqtisadyia news website, the unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia posted 12.1% in Q3, the highest since the same period in 2012.

The report showed that a total of 5.72 million local workforce, 254,100 are unemployed males, whereas the Ministry of Labor confirmed that a national employment portal had offered 121,000 job vacancies in the private sector.

However, the ministry also offered jobs for women, disabled and men who live in remote places.
