Jordanian exports to KSA fall by 20pct in Q1

(MENAFN) The value of Jordanian exports to N. American nations has increased to 6.9 percent in the Jan-March period of this year.

Meanwhile, Jordan’s exports to the Greater Arab Free Trade Area have declined by 8 percent, while KSA’s imports dropped to 20 percent.

Accordingly, the value of imports from GAFTA has grown by 13 percent involving from the UAE, whose exports to Jordan have increased by 80 percent.

However, from non-Arab Asian nations, the kingdom’s imports declined by 6 percent, involving S. Korea, by 17 percent and from the EU nations by 15 percent.
