Jordan’s Abdali Mall phase 2 launched

(MENAFN) Kuwait-based United Real Estate Company (UREC) launched phase 2 of the construction of the Abdali Mall in Amman, Jordan, Arab Times reported.

Al Abdali Mall is a 33,000 square-meter footprint property with a built-up area of 223,000 square-meters in the heart of Abdali comprising of retail space.

The project, worth USD243.9 million, will include exclusive high-street brands, a multi-screen movie theatre, family entertainment centers, a wide selection of fine-dining restaurants, food courts, and a parking space for 2,500 cars, scheduled to open in 2014.

UREC awarded the contract to Habash-Deir Contracting Company, which was behind the Dead Sea Panoramic Complex and the Prince Hamzeh Multi-purpose Sport Hall.
