(MENAFN) The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) is to establish two phosphoric acid production projects, reported The Jordan Times.
Two Indonesian companies signed memoranda of understanding with JPMC to set up two projects. The projects will have a yearly production of 400.00 tons.
The company aims by this to market its products and reach the capacity to produce 15 million tons in the following three years.
Jordan is the world’s second largest exporter of phosphate rock, and the world’s sixth producer.
