Kazakhstan to boost bilateral ties with Oman

01 Sep 2014

(MENAFN) Kazakhstan expressed its aims to boost bilateral relations with Oman with increased diplomatic visits and trade relations, Oman Observer reported.

The Sultanate has contributed to Kazakhstan’s economy through granting USD100 million credit for implementation of the strategic economic projects.

The Omani-Kazakhstani relations were established in 1992, while in 1997 the Joint Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between the two counties was signed.

As part of enhancing the ties with Oman and rest of the region, Kazakhstan will be conducting a roadshow called “Kaznex Invest” to meet with investors.
