(MENAFN) Kuwait and Egypt said that they are both very interested in the plans to launch new joint investment projects between the two countries, which will aim to promote economic development, KUNA reported.
The joint projects between the two countries would be in sectors such as infrastructure, economic and electricity in Egypt and the two countries are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding on economic and commercial cooperation between them soon.
The planned projects would be very important for Egypt due to them covering such areas as power generating, energy, farming, banking, industry and agriculture, and will play a key role in reviving the country’s struggling economy.
