(MENAFN) More than USD24 billion in contracts could be awarded next year in Kuwait, double the value compared to this year, Times of Oman reported.
Many of the opportunities will be in Kuwait’s oil and gas sector, with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) bids due to be submitted over the next three months for the two largest projects.
Projects worth USD16 billion in Clean Fuels Project (CFP) and a USD7 billion in Lower Fars heavy oil scheme, said MEED, will be carried out in Kuwait next year.
