(MENAFN) Kuwait’s housing authority signed number of deals to start working on a new housing development to include almost 28,363 new homes.
Meanwhile, the Public Authority for Housing Welfare signed deals value USD953mn with the Italian Salini Costruttori engineering Co and Turkey’s Kolin.
The firms will start construction at the South Al Mutlaa City development, which is the largest housing project in Kuwait, and will consist of 12 suburbs.
Moreover, the PAHW also signed five-year contract, which value around USD77.74mn with the American firm Hill Intl’ for the management of the project going forward.
