Kuwait’s Ithmaar Holding records USD1.59mn loss for H1

(MENAFN) Ithmaar Holding has recorded a net loss of USD1.59mn for the Jan-June period of this year, compared to a net profit of USD11.96mn for the same period of 2016.

Additionally, net loss attributable to equity holders for the period was USD9.25mn, compared to a net profit of USD4.4mn reported for the same period of 2016.

Moreover, this involve a net loss of USD7.38mn for the three months period ended June 30, compared to a net profit of USD7.14mn in 2016.

In more details, net loss attributable to equity holders for the three-month period ended June 30 was USD9.82mn, compared to a net profit of USD3.19mn in 2016.
