Kuwait’s Mushrif wins infrastructure deal

(MENAFN) Kuwait’s Mushrif General Trading & Contracting has won USD302 million contract to carry out infrastructure works in the Al Shedadiya industrial, the Construction Weeks reported.

The company specializes in civil engineering projects including major road works, pipeline projects and waste water treatment plants.

The company said in a statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange that the firm’s bid had been the lowest submitted.

Mushrif reported a 2.2 percent increase in profits during the first nine months of 2012 to almost USD5 million, while revenues climbed 10 percent during the period to USD107 million.
